Policies/Hours
Services are billed by the hour, 1 hour minimum (additional time is billed in 15 minute increments). Service hours are calculated using the starting time from the point of arrival at the Client’s home or business to the destination and back to Client’s home or business. Rates include a 20 mile allowance. Miles in excess of 20 will be billed at current IRS rate per mile. Rates reflect charges for services rendered and do not include any charges for outside vendors services, merchandise purchased, reimbursable amounts or third party fees. A 24 hour notice is requested for services.
Pet and House sitting are billed at ½ hour minimum (additional time is billed at 15 minute increments). Rates include a 10 mile allowance. Miles in excess of 10 will be billed at current IRS rate per mile. A 48 hour notice is requested for services and must be confirmed.
SOS Reminder Program is a one year service and does not including shopping.
Notary Public- Travel is separate from the allowable State of Massachusetts fee. Notarization requires photo ID and signatures of each person must be in the presents of Notary.

Package Services
(Offered Mon-Fri 8:30-5:00) Packages must be purchased in advance and specific to hours purchased. All packages are valid for 30 days from date of purchase and each service request is subject to one (1) hour minimum. There are no refunds for unused time nor is it redeemable or transferable. Mileage policy applies and should time incurred be in excess of package, time will be billed at the appropriate hourly rate.
